Steps to Upload Prospect List on campagin.alore.io

Step 01: Go inside the Campaign in which the list has to be inserted and there go on the “Database” Option.

Step 02: Inside the Database option there is a button on the top rightcorner to “Add or Edit Database”, Click on it and you’ll be directed to the uploading page.

Step 03: Choose the appropriate option from the given list about your “Plan – of – action” after uploading the file.

Choose the files which are either in .CSV or .XSL format

Given Choices:

  • Create new leads:
    • Create new Leads & ignore from the list any leads that have been already uploaded.
  • Create new Leads & Update new records of existing leads:
    • Create new Leads & update only the new records of existing list (no overwrite).
  • Create new Leads & Update all records of existing leads:
    • Create new Leads & Update all records of existing leads (overwrite old data).
  • Update existing leads:
    • Download existing leads, edit offline and update records (overwrite old data).

After Selecting Click on the Next Button:

Step 04: Secondly, Question will be arised about the way to identify the existing leads.

It provides options to choose:

  • Primary Email Address
    • Email Addresses that don’t exist in Lead Database will be added as new leads, New records of Primary Addresses that exist will be added. No overwriting of old records allowed.
  • Work Phone Number
    • Numbers that don’t exist in Lead Database will be added as new leads, New records of Work Phone numbers that exist will be added. No overwriting of old records.
  • Mobile Phone Number
    • Numbers that don’t exist in Lead Database will be added as new leads, New records of Mobile Phone numbers that exist will be added. No overwriting of old records.
  • Alore ID
    • AloreIDs that don’t exist in Lead Database or Leads with Alore ID will be added as new leads, New records of AloreID’s that exist will be added. No overwriting of old.

Step 05: Next, upload the CSV/XLS file by simple browse or drag and drop method. Under the upload box there is a check box. Click on it this will:

Click on NEXT

Once the document is uploaded a success message will be displayed on the screen.

Step 06: Clicking on next will lead you to a new page where you have to fill the details asked according (It’s not compulsory to provide all the details).

This will include:

-> Email
-> First name
-> Last name
-> Phone Number
-> Work Phone Number
-> Address
-> Company
-> Company Domain
-> Title etc.

And Scroll Down and Click on Next to proceed further:

Step 07: You’ll be directed to the “Recommendation Page” where it displays about the:

-> New Created Prospects.
-> Old Prospects Updated.
-> New tags Created.
-> Newpositions created.

Here, Choose anyone from the under given options:

-> Click on Edit & Upload if anything else is supposed to be updated.

-> Else, Click on Skip and Upload.

-> Edit & Upload:

This option helps in updating/removing or making any other changes in the assigned/linked (.xls or .csv) file to the campaign at a very last Step before uploading the data on the campaign’s database. If clicking on this, It’ll lead to the preview & editing page where the user customize/make changes in the file in a more efficient way. Click on the Edit & Upload B

-> Skip & Upload:

This option will directly skip the editing Step, considering that the user doesn’t have to change anything in the file and will upload the file to the campaign’s database finally.

Conclusion

The Prospect list will be uploaded on the campaign database system.
